There's an old story that tells of a visitor who tried to steal the sand from Hyams Beach to sell it, claiming it was the whitest sand in the world. Apparently this is untrue “ Tulum Beach in Mexico claims the top spot. But Hyams Beach is famous for other things, including its abundance of dolphins, and I reckon its pretty damn nice!
