How can I be sure the size I'm buying will be right for my room?

To ensure you get the right size, a good rule of thumb is to choose a size that covers about 60-75% of the wall space above the furniture or within a wall's open space. You can also check our visual Sizing Chart which you'll find at the bottom of any of the product piece pages. There you'll see the three sizes placed on a virtual wall which will help you decide which size will look best.
What if I want a rectangular landscape piece, not square?
Most of the pieces in the store can be adapted to be landscape shape. Just email us to discuss your favourite piece and what size you want, and we'll do our best to make it happen for you!
How do I buy my print?
Select the print you want, then select the size, and add to your cart. Complete your address and payment details and you’re done! For our framed prints, there is a choice of black, white or natural, with a 50mm white matboard and standard glass. If you would like a different frame, a larger matboard, or UV glass, just email us.
How long will my print take to produce?
Please allow 5-10 working days for us to print and ship your printed art.
Framed prints can take a little longer. Although often done sooner, it's good to allow around 14 working days for framed art.
How is the art packaged?
Prints are folled and packed in a cardboard tube.
Framed prints are wrapped securely in bubble wrap,
then in sturdy made-to-measure cardboard.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price of your print, and is sent via tracked courier direct from the print room or framer. A delivery card should be left by the courier if you are not at home when the courier calls.
Can you frame prints?
Yes, we now offer framed prints as an option! You can select your preferred frame when you click on the artwork.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and it's free!
Are the prints signed?
Steve Ballantyne's signature will be digitally embedded into the bottom right hand corner of your print
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We are confident of the quality of our print. Your print will look a whole lot better than it does on your monitor, but if for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your print, you can send it back to us within 30 days in the original packaging, in the same condition you received it. Once received, we will organise a refund or replacement.
