"Blooming Rata" is a Limited Edition print (20 only).

A close relative to the Pohutukawa (some might say the poor cousin), the Rata has a somewhat tough life. Not only does it get mistaken for the Pohutukawa by the less educated, it also suffers from performance anxiety, only flowering really well once every few years. 

This year (2025) it has made its presence known, blooming beautifully even in regions it shouldn't. That's why I'm making it a Limited Edition print. I think it deserves the special status.
